Just the whole idea of splatoon made me like it, It looks like it can be a very enjoyable game. Will be my favorite shooter I can already tell.

Yeah the dojo seems like it will be the least played thing for me.

I think they may ban like lets say, only one person can have this type of weapon. Or possibly, they may make it where you don't wear any items, so every squid will be exactly the same.

Splat zone does look really fun as well. It looks really chaotic.

I can see it ending up like Dota2 tournaments and such, Everyone has their own set up in their own room so they can plan as a team without the other team hearing them.

Yes! More game modes would be amazing. I hope there will be a Direct just for Splatoon pretty soon.

Turf wars online is what got me really excited for Splatoon. It looks really fun, and it also looks to be very competitive. I can't wait to sit down with friends and create strategies. My original plan was to play story mode first, to collect money and items for online, but that went down the drain.

We can only hope..

Those are definitely things to be bummed about. I was planning on doing story mode first, then play online so I could have gear.. But seeing at this rate there is no point.

Lets put it in the terms of smash, If we are not able to pick different game modes, all we had was time, and items on, the competitive scene would not play the game, thus leaving the game quite barren.The option to change rules and customize it to whatever we want is the best part about smash...
