That red laser pointer brings dread into my soul every time I see it. Grillers are the worst at high tide, it can be almost impossible to hit their backsides on a map like smokeyard where going to the other side isn't always viable.
And don't get me started on the smallfries.
I wouldn't really consider the inkjet powerful, it's more like an easy kill. The only time it gets really problematic is in close quarters with one for me.
I've loved the Luna blaster since the original, perfect level of damage, fire rate and damage for me. Using my splat bombs like burst bombs also allows me to pick people off a lot more easily. Though, the baller is far from useful in rainmaker.
I had a similar idea. Though, I thought it was based on play time within the day, because I jumped a rank when Rainmaker came up for the second time in the day.
Anyone want to recruit a splatoon 1 veteran?
My rank in the original was S+ 70, not as much experience in Splatoon 2 as I've just started but I'm sure to be still a useful part of the team.
