My initial reaction to Tower Control after about 15 games:
It's really fast-paced, which is good when compared to the Splat Zone turtling. That can be really unfun sometimes.
Blasters are the FOTW for that mode for some reason. I'm having a hard time adjusting to shooting just above my targets...

My favorite thing is glancing at the gamepad when we don't have the splat zone and seeing one guy pushing their territory. Have some situational awareness, people. We're getting routed and you're losing sight of the objective.
I've been playing around with the Squiffer some myself, and I have to agree. It definitely sucks to be killed at range by Jet Squelchers and Splattershot Pros. The trade off is that you have the potential of killing them before they can land enough hits to kill you.
