I absolutely hated Starfish Mainstage and absolutely loved Flounder Heights and Saltspray Rig. Additionally, I would be genuinely upset if Mako Mart doesn’t make the cut.
I feel as though the Flingza Roller is a heavily underrated weapon. One could easily mop the floor with the enemy team when they have full understanding of its range.
I really like Arowana Mall. It’s so colorful, and it’s a pretty fun stage for Shooter-type weapons! My only complaint is how the fight to take back the middle is literally an uphill battle. My second favorite definitely has to be the Shifty Station with the cannons. It’s very big and wide open...
Heck yeah! I’ve watched tons of Octoboy, Wadsm, GG Gabriel Gaming, Etce, Failboat, WesleyMK, Squidkids, and Ryanator, but even with so many Splatoon channels out there, it never quite feels like enough.
I could see it working with the ink cannon in the singleplayer campaign, using the ToyCon Blaster, of course. It could be a series of VR challenges using weapons and items that could work well in conjunction with the VR kit, much like the ones for the free update to Super Mario Odyssey.
