    Sol's jump kick (forgot the name) does not work like a tatsu, and divekick is not a shoto tool. DPs also aren't really shoto exclusive tool either when it comes to anime fighters. Ky is the shoto of Guilty Gear.

    "Bans" in shooters

    Smash bans those things because they're anti-competitive and broken. Throwing non-character items is by far a better projectile option than anything else in the game, and the stages not used in competition are way too random for player skill to be the most important factor.

    I think it depends on your team setup. If you've more then 2 snipers on your team killing is the only way you can feasibly win, whereas if you'e got more than two rollers dodging and covering the arena is mostly your best bet.

    This. As someone who plans on maining the paint roller this weapon struggles enough as it is. If walls counted there wouldn't be a point in playing roller.
