I remember that was possible in the first game (with certain colors) by entering/exiting story mode levels with the desired color

you can see two dummies taking direct-hit damage from one shot! The thing is that this strategy/technique/whatever is taking advantage of the fact that shots travel through opponents AND deal splash damage when they hit the ground.

Ive thought about smth like this tbh, but i feel like it would end up being just a less useful curling bomb.
However I do think it would be cool if you could toss a squee-g that paints over enemy ink with your own. It could target small spots without you having to stop in your tracks to ink...
