now that it's out, i hate everyone who asked for it, this weapon is worthless garbage lol
just a terrible version of bamboo, worse at literally everything
every time i play bamboo and run into a squiffer i laugh
i love jr i love jr i love jr i love jr i love jr i love jr i love jr
however in high level comp bubble is ridiculously hard to use correctly
that being said--who cares about other people's judgements of your weapon?? i think .52 players are cringe but i literally have one on my team cuz
well...
gonna have to disagree with this bennet individual theres only so much you can learn in the training room
i would say playing it in anarchy open with friends is probably more responsible than taking it into like
series or x rank or something
though if you have x rank you're probably alright...
genuinely astonished people like this map so much
i think it's unbearable, bottom 5 maps in the game
at least when people know what they're doing anyway, maybe it's fun casually it does look nice aesthetically
but everything else is just awful, it encourages such...for lack of better word...
well if you've ever watched norishio use zipcaster it becomes pretty clear that its skill ceiling is insane
it's an excellent distraction tool and very flexible, but honestly only when your weapon fits it well
so rn basically just vStamper
it's strong in that it can actually outright threaten...
Your best resource, at least in the western scene, is probably redshell (https://www.twitch.tv/redshell1/videos) -- high level player who streams n plays a good amount of brush
liquipedia tracking top jp play is kinda goated and i wasnt expecting it the site is goated and def needs more traction (but i think squidboards is already p niche again lol so you might wanna go to twitter w this one)
sadly i don't have a good record of a lot of splatoon history, i just...
tbh i'd be curious to hear what people think are good ways to bring cooler into the RPS dynamic so that there could be actual meaningful kit choices
i think what would make the most sense is to make an RPS of
cooler -(beats)> burst specials (zooka, tristrike, booyah, wail to some extent)...
I think that on the front of moment-to-moment combat and engagement, we're in a really good place — there's a lot of weapons that are viable or strong, so I get to fight dualies and swords and sloshers and blasters and chargers and rollers and chargers and splatlings and very occasionally tents...
hmm they've played a lot together, oftentimes with the same other 2 people of todo + aisume it seems like
this looks the most promising but idk https://liquipedia.net/splatoon/Rainbow_Ocean_Cup/1
idk who's been working on the liquipedia page for splatoon but big thanks to them i guess -- do any of these fumitoshi results or takobon results look right?
tryna cross-reference them rn
uhh tbh for jp it can be pretty hard lol, are you looking for specific weapons? if you just want top gameplay area cup is a good starting point
for western teams the end-of-season sendouq team leaderboard tends to be pretty accurate
