You're only allowed to use 10 colors in your design. Also, you have to use Adobe Photoshop or adobe illustrator.

I don't remember reading about the colors, but I do remember that you have to use CYMK

My dad got it for me on his laptop (illustrator) and it's all about math and vectors and stuff

It says to use CYMK mode for the high resolution version with an image resolution up to 200dpi
