Well I can tell you that I don't really ever see Sheik use her Burst Grenade in competitive Smash play--it leaves her really vulnerable, plus there are better options to edge guard if that's what you're using it for. So I'd start by suggesting that you wean yourself off of that move.
As for the Mario spikes, try mixing up your recoveries. I don't know how you play, but if you keep getting back on the stage the same way every time, your opponent is gonna catch on to that quickly. Having a good mix-up game is crucial to good competitive Smash play, and even more so in recovering.
Well i never really use side b at all. My problem is inputing it while trying to input a up b. The only time i use her side b is to put pressure on opponents sheid and follow up with a bouncing fish which always works.
Ah BNFs. I had that same problem with Greninja in the 3DS version. It's good that you use it sparingly while on the stage though.
Well like I said, don't do the same thing every time. Even if that means you have to practice new options, it'll help in the long run. And yeah I'm always looking for people to test my skills against!
