If you're talking about skill? Well the good news is that feeling like you're doing worse at a skill suddenly is actually commonly a sign that you ARE improving! Building skills often goes through the stages, and feeling like you're getting worse just means you're more aware of where you can improve
Unconscious Incompetence ("I'm so good at this!") -> Conscious Incompetence ("I know what being good looks like, and I'm not") -> Conscious Competence ("I have to really focus on this to do it well") -> Unconscious Competence ("I don't have to think as hard to do well"). Feeling like you're getting worse is a sign you are now more attentive to what defines higher skill, and it means you're improving!
