will there be splatoon cover plates for the new 3ds other than the one showing and is there going to be a release of the black one in America

1. Not known if there will be more Splatoon cover plates. There may be another set, but I can't predict Nintendo. Especially now.
2. The standard New 3DS was a "special" release in NA, it had the N3DS XL booklet, that should tell you something. It may happen but don't get your hopes up.
