.96 Gal's Range?

I'm confused with the range of the .96 Gal. On Inkipedia, it states that the range of the .96 Gal is 68 and that the range of the Splattershot Pro is 70. However, when I look at the range bar in Splatoon 2, the .96 Gal has the same bar length as the Splattershot Pro. Is this an error or was the .96 Gal's range buffed from Splatoon 1 to Splatoon 2?

The Splattershot Pro's range was buffed in the lifespan of Spla1oon, this change was (apparently) reverted in Splatoon 2.

a 68 to 70 range difference probably doesn't mean much. Sorta like how the Sloshing Machine had a 3% longer range than the normal Slosher. OoooOooo!
