If you guys are truly aiming for the top there are two things I would change:
1. Make mic a requirement.
2. Don't use Skype. There are wonderful non buggy alternatives out there like teamspeak, discord, mumble, etc.

Thank you for the input. We will definitely be changing our requirements and using Discord as much as Skype as time goes on to hopefully provide a better experience.
