A Few Question from a new member

Ok I'm New and I have a few questions if anyone could help answer for me

1: how do I edit my team "quick over view information and "description" information

2: what are some basic information that I need to know to quickly get around on this site?

3: how do I post a topic to join a group ... I'm pretty sure its the same- as I'm doing now ...

i have figured it after using a computer and not my slow phone ...
