I'm playing through the first Octo Valley Stage doing one of the Boy Inkling challenges and I get to the section where you throw an Ink Bomb at the Shield Enemy up on a ledge. The bomb distracts the enemy but I have no way of defeating him because the roller doesn't reach. I have tried jumping and I just can't seem to get it.

Anyone had the chance to beat this section? This is specifically the Roller Challenge version not the normal run with the gun.
