Any stat %/difference list?

Ive been applying damage and my aerosprays damage went from 24.5 to 24.9 with 1 damage up, and didnt change when i added two more.

is this stat just useless or is it just a really low % and therefore works better with high damage weapons...which would also be dumb because those kill quickly..

It's basically a counter for defense and that's it. I guess also could kill easier if the other person is pre-inked in your color.
