Anyone Know Why Some Items Almost Never Enter The Shops for Players?

I don't know if it's just me, or if the game's shop randomization is a bit stingy, but I've never had certain items enter my shops, even after I ordered them from spyke. It's been months since launch, and I've yet to see the white line tee, never had the traditional headband enter the cycle (though that's a new piece of gear), and only just received the berry ski jacket.

I know the shops like to stock two of each starred gear, but why such huge discrepancies between certain pieces?

What about you? What gear is considered "rare" in your copies?

At this point, anything not purchased is considered rare for me. All I ever see is stuff I already bought and once in a while a single item in the shop I passed over because I thought it looked ugly (which also means it probably has an ability that I desperately want now that I play the meta).

It'd be nice to see that Leather Jacket at least once too.
