Charger player

So I was wondering what is the best charger. I've been only playing for a bit only level 15 :( but when I am able to unlock every charger what is the best one. I am less of an agro sniper and more of a careful patient one. I'm still leveling up but from what you know about my playstyle what is the best charger I should use. I saw Squid Kids charger tutorial but I want more opinions about it. Here is the Squid Kids video that I'm referring to

Custom Eliter 3k. Get it first thing when you reach level 19. Watch WhiteHawke's videos, use motion controls, and make be sure to play when Moray/Bluefin are in the rotation

I'd say e-liter too as it has more range and cool specials.
But really go with what you're comfortable with, it was hard to get used to the eliter.
