The idea (and title) is pretty self explanatory. Comment a nerf, buff, change or add a new mechanic to a weapon (main, sub, or special), then the person below adds something bad to it.

I'll go first, Ultra stamp now has 500 HP armor from all sides. Special ends when armor is broken.

I'll add to this by saying that "more options" means you can choose the color for each team. However due to a bug both teams get the color you picked for Team Alpha, making it impossible for anyone to tell one another's ink apart.

Every wall in mid on Scorch Gorge is now paintable.

The walls are paintable, but all the floors in mid are not.

Side Order receives a major rebalance and expansion. Floor types are more normalized in terms of difficulty (no more freebies, no more unpickable run killers), balanced around hackless play as the default. More floor types are added, as well as a few new sub-bosses.

Bet.

Initial shot RNG increased by 25%.

96 Gal is renamed to 69 Gal and thus does 69 Damage per shot.

Well, that's a way to combo w/ Splattershot. Given the strange weapon name and contested prequel, Splatoon 4 is (barring comp veterans) a flop in the West.

Turf War Freshness goes by a longer-standing win/loss ratio, and repeated matches with the same players have diminishing weight.
