Does Object Shredder affect the brellas?

Yes and no.
It doesn't affect the Brella shields when just shielding up, it only starts affecting them once they're launched. So unless this will change in the future, there's no reason to run this ability against Brellas in particular, unless you have other uses in mind as well (like popping those bubbles faster).
