Dying in One Shot?

So as of the recent update something weird has been happening to me.

Whenever I play a match I will die from one shot. However, they will not have any strength ups. Which is weird because this happens with every weapon. I don't know if it is because of lag or I'm just not noticing but no ink which signals someone is shooting you is appearing on the character of the screen. Does anyone have this problem also?

Alright no wonder I'm doing so crappy. It's been happening for like a month now and people will always dc from when I host a squad
