Greetings, Squids! I would like to introduce my clan to you, Krakens for Days! The clan was founded at the start of September. We have been in a handful of scrims already and have had fairly good results. We also have 2 set training sessions throughout the week to improve our skills as a team and as individuals (You only need to attend once a week). I intend to enter us into tourneys once we are fully ready and capable of progressing far within them. We're an all European team, and consist of S rankers. We're a friendly clan, with players of all ages and backgrounds. I'm looking to fill 2-3 spots currently, there are 9 of us, as of now. We're sister clans with Squids for Days (led by Sare). If you're interested in trying out, Please read the following requirements:

~You must be rank S or S+
~Be from Europe
~Be active and participate in practice sessions and arranged scrims
~Be on Discord regularly
~You must not be in a clan already (No Multiclanning)
~Only express interest in trying out if you're genuinely interested in joining. No time-wasters, please. (i.e those who are trying out for multiple clans at once and or those who leave my clan shortly after being accepted).

I will then give you a link to the Squids for Days server (KfD shares it with them) and you'll be put into a tryout role. A tryout will be arranged at a time that suits you! I've been interested into getting into competitive Splatoon, and a Europe only squad would work best for me, as I'm located in the UK. The only concern I have is that I don't have vast knowledge on tourneys (time length and how players are handled for team entry), because I only want to join a team if I know I can contribute as much as possible for the benefit of the team. I don't know what the obligations are for tourneys, but if you can swap out with other players at any time then I can definitely join.

As for myself, I'm ranked S+ (barely, it's very difficult to maintain consistent results) and play a variety of weapons, although not quite to the skill level I am satisfied with yet. I typically play Slosher (all 3 variants, Soda and Deco more), but have been getting into using the .52 Gal as well. Other weapons include Tentatek (fairly competent, not top tier with it), Tri-Slosher, Heavy Deco (learning it alongside Remix) and I can play Splatterscopes and Custom E-Litre (just need to improve my accuracy ;P). I do want to expand my weapons a little further with Bamboo, Carbon, Squiffer, Rapid Blaster and Custom Range Blaster.

As you can see I have quite a wide variety of weapons I play or want to play/improve with. I am generally available 18:30-22:00 BST (will be GMT when clocks go back at the end of the month), but am hoping to expand my availability at some point.

My goal is to be able to play as an all-around player, being good enough to swap weapons, playstyles and strategies to best support the team. I feel like competitive is the best way to improve, as you can analyse your performance as a team and as individuals, offering advice and knowledge on where mistakes were made and how to prevent them from re-occuring. I hope to become a squad member and improve as much as possible to get the best results.
