I believe the stealth jump removes your icon from showing up on the map when you super jump to a teammate (whenever someone super jumps, an icon appears where the player will land.)

Similar to this, I believe the Ninja Squid ability makes it harder for opponents to see you swimming in ink.

We'll have to see in the full game.
