Guys look at this fish I just cooked

Okay so to preface this; I'm not a super amazing cook or anything, but what I did was like try and fry this on the pan with olive oil, but it was splashing everywhere and I had to turn the heat down.

So I slow-cooked this thing for like half an hour or so until the sides got golden, and then I put garlic salt, black pepper, rosemary, and tumeric on it, and it actually tasted half-decent!

Now I need to find a way to streamline the process somehow –w–
