Help with a more aggressive Squelcher build.

Can someone help me find the most suitable equipment using the following.
Damage Up
Recovery Up
Run Speed Up
Ink Saver Main
On only between the clothing (chest)
And the Headgear Please

P.S I already have shoes the Red Hi-Tops with Ink Resistance and Swim Speed.
