idk why but i cant do a single push up. its so embarrassing. i have a lot of upper body strength because i rock climb a lot, and yet i still cant do one push up.

oh oh oh I liked this video about how to do push-ups. It's very detailed about form and also gives exercises that you can do to work your way up to doing push-ups until you're ready to do a 'real' one (I got very little actual exercise/PE training as a kid so stuff like this has been vital for me, lol).
