The only reason is because it’s really hard for me to realize im standing inside it or for how long because it’s hard to see how much damage I get from it since it doesn’t indicate it very well

I mean, it does kill you slowly so obviously you're not going to notice it.
Honestly I think it's pretty well designed.
There are good reasons for both staying inside and outside the rain and the new healing mechanic made it a lot more interesting.

I think generally storm is pretty good design, but i can see what you mean. I think it would be nice if the edges of the storm were easier to see. The dmg issue i dont know if theres a good solution outside a better way to see your hp. For those who want to know, ink storm deals 0.4 dmg per frame, killing in 4.167 seconds

I just get annoyed that the radius you can see doesn't actually match up with the hitbox.
