You can also Super Jump as a Kraken and, I believe, while falling, although that last one might only be helpful on Moray Towers o_O

There's lots of fun ways to Super Jump. My favorite is Super Jumping while in kraken form. Not really much use in doing so but it's pretty hilarious to see a giant menacing squid flying through the air. Still hasn't gotten old. x)
