There are two objectives for IH as of now.
The first is to recruit members. All are welcome. It's best if they play in the same time zone (PST), but it's not mandatory.
The second is to establish communication. For starters, we will use Squidboards and Miiverse. Just post threads to our forum to plan playtimes, etc. And then use Miiverse to gather the squad and share the password. Once we can do that and everyone is on the same page about how that works we can look into a voice chat client.
