In-house Leagues

Are there any plans to create an inhouse league for this game. So far matchmaking has been somewhat underwhelming for me and I was thinking a small but competitive inhouse league would be a great way to help grow this game's competitive scene.

If there isn't a league atm/nobody is making one would you guys be interested in joining one if I started it? I have some elo/matchmaking software that I made for an old league in dota 1 that I think would be easy to adapt to this game if there is interest.
