Ink Color Not Changing

Ever since splatfest my ink colors are locked into blue and orange. Has anyone else had this problem?

I even checked if color lock was on - it was not. Not sure what is going on.

... have you done more than one battle? if you did just one, of course it will be that color, funny fact: I had that same problem too! :) It was the past vs future splatfest, and in the plaza, everyone had their splatfest t-shirt color, so I went to see what was wrong, and it was locked, so after the first battle, I unlocked it, went back in and after two battles it was normal, but the ink choice is random, so of course, that color will still pop up every once and a while! (Laughs) :)

Yeah. I've probably played about 30 or 40 games since splatfest. Still orange and blue.

That is weird. For some reason the system has you on color lock although it's deactivated. Try activating color lock, play one match, deactivate color lock and see if that can fix the problem.

Unless of course you're talking about the exact same colors you had during Splatfest. The lighter shade of blue for the Fancy theme and the regular orange for the Costume theme. Is that what you're locked into?

I actually think it is the orange from splatfest and regular blue, not the lighter blue. Although, iirc, the orange from splatfest and the color-lock orange might be similar.

Unfortunately my kids are watching TV right now, so I can't check. But bedtime is soon....lol
