Is Everything Moving Faster?

As always, I'm making choices that are going to greatly decrease my lifespan such as waking up at 3:00 for a Splatfest, even thought it's totally worth it. But what I noticed is that when I was in Inkopolis Square sharing a glass of vodka with Marie because I'm about as lonely as she is these days despite going years without needing "friends" and because it brings tears to my eyes to see her all alone.... is that Pearl and Marina seem to be moving a little bit faster.... and they're singing faster too. I've noticed this before and now it's genuinely concerning me because I'm pretty sure that it's not the vodka because I don't let myself get drunk until night because otherwise I won't go to sleep, but it might be my lack of sleep for the sake of enjoying this Splatfest. So uh.... anyone else notice this or do I need some coffee?

Only advice from me is: Less alcohol. I wasted almost twenty years to that. :)
