So far Joyful Box has 4 official members, and we still are doing good but a bit bare all around. So, we are still recruiting new people that meet these requirements:
1• Are rank S+(S ranks included if you have formidable potential).
2•Are mature and respectful most of the time.
3•Can attend practice at least once.
4•Can control the amount of squads they have.
5•Have Discord and know callouts.
6•Are within the NA timezone.
On rule 3, practice days are Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from what I recall.
Regarding rule 5, you don't have to talk as much if you have trouble speaking, but when it comes to callouts at least be in the voice chat to know what everyone is saying. I'm not a very talkative person, so it's fine on my part.
