Legendary Cap in Splat2n?

Anyone know if the Legendary Cap is still obtainable in Splatoon 2? I know that some clothing is missing like the Sailor Outfit (they kept the blue one for some reason though)

No idea. Same could be said for other clothing such as corocoro, and so forth. So far it is just the usual weapons making a come back, and then some. So your guess is good as mine.
