looking for a b- or above small squad!

im looking for a partially competitive squad! one that will play in normal ranked battles just to get to higher ranks (and no squidboard competitions or the like)!

my rank is currently b-, and im pretty close to b!
i man a .52 gal deco, and im absolutely horrible with snipers.

im currently in one squad but i would like to find others to join that just focus on ranking up!
