Sounds like fun, I'm 31 and play a lot in the evenings and weekends with my girlfriend. We'd be interested in having someone to play with on a regular basis. We are EST as well. I have Discord, but have never used it...

I mean you don't need discord if you don't want, just fun to talk to people as we play and have some laughs.

I'd be down for some casual play. I'm 23 and also live in the Eastern zone, but I work overnights so any time later at night or in the morning works best for me.

I got Discord as well, although I tend to be a pretty awkward person to talk to at first, but once I feel comfortable then that should go away.
