Looking for a Squad to help me improve.

I've posted multiple salty posts and I'd like to not have to post those anymore. I practice a lot, but I don't seem to be improving and can't pinpoint my mistakes. So I need some help with that!

I use pretty much any weapon, but I want to get better with the Kelp Splatterscope, Splattershot, and Tri-Slosher mostly. Please comment here if you and/or your squad could help me out.
