34 year old adult looking to get into competitive play with other adults! Don't have discord yet but can get it!

I'm looking to step up my game and play more ranked but can't stand that every time I do my group seems to be complete new players with no idea what the mode is!

Age wise, hmm... Well there is the very small, and currently quiet, Ancient Mariners group that I'm with. And there's also Day Old Sushi, who I'm not a part of... yet?
