Looking to join a semi-casual squad

Heyo!
I'm looking to join a competitive yet somewhat casual squad to play with during the week and weekends. I really want to be apart of scrimmages and practices. I have Discord but I prefer to use no mic (although I am open to the experience of voice chatting).

Time Zone: Eastern Time
Rank: B- (I do have a problem with disconnections after 7pm)
Mains: Carbon Roller, 96 Gal. Deco, Octobrush, Inkbrush Noveau
Weapons I use sparingly: Refurbish Mini Splatling, Berry Splattershot Pro
