Looking to play league with a squad and improve

I've been getting more serious about playing Splatoon 2. I loved the first one. I want to find some people to try and improve with. A squad or something would be best.

I usually play at least 2-3 times a week from 9-11pm or so, CST USA. I'm about an A- in rank. Right now I'm A+ splat zones, A in tower control, and B+ in rainmaker. I speak English and Japanese. I go with a splattershot, but am also fairly proficient with dualies and long range assault stuff like the .96 gal and jet squelcher. I have discord, and google hangouts of course too.
