Lost in Translation [Spoilers!]

So after watching some streams, I've noticed that the EU and NA translations are alot different.

One's I've noticed are:
(The most known) NA: Booyah!/C'mon! EU: Nice!/To Me!

In the story, when you get the cackly transmission from DJ Octavian, in the NA version he's talking about taking over Inkopolis, or that Inkopolis is his. In the EU version, he just says "It's mine." and "take back what is ours". Nothing about Inkopolis is mentioned.
Another one I've noticed on NA streams playing the final boss, the lines are different for some parts. For instance.

"Where mah beats?" was something like "What's this song?!", and "Time to D-d-drop the SEA-BASS" was "I'll... make... FRIED SQUID RINGS OUTTA YOU!"

theyre all the ones I've spotted so far. (The Sea-bass comment was used in repeats of the stage for EU versions.)
Does anyone have any screenshots of NA version of the game, story mode will be a big one. I will start playing through story on another NNID if it lets me to get EU version screenshots for comparison (if people want)

i know that the dialogue for the EU version was changed, because i live here.
in my opinion - we got the better translation.
DJ Octavio actually sounds annoyed and angry with us in the EU version - the NA version just has lots of music references and puns (because over there nintendo are marketing it as a silly game whilst japan and the EU are going with a more serious approch).

huh, i thought something was different. i like how angry octavio is in the EU version, all that hard work and some gross little hipster squid and their indie music trashes all of it

Yeah I had this opinion too, I really like the EU version.
Like, oh no you hurt me, [insert music pun here]!
It made a bit more sense in the EU version too, imo.
Still, I'm interested in seeing the NA translations. For science!

I noticed the lack of the booyah! call, for sure. I kind of miss the idea of that being there for us EU folk!

I agree with the final boss translation though - I like that he's more angry in the EU version. But I do love my puns, so maybe I do miss them a little. ; )

We get alot of puns in the re-run of the stage atleast.
Notably, the Sea-bass comment.
Also, squidmas!

i like that Callie and Marie have no interest in what is going on during the re-run, and they explain why you replay it - buiscuits c:

"ah we have to get ready for work soon" - excuse me!? boss fight going on here. again.
