Music Change in Level 10 Singleplayer Mode

Just noticed that if you swim to the last area in Level 10, theres a sport where the Music changes . Is it a Secret or just a nice little detail?

yeah i noticed the music in "Circus Level" or however you wanna call it but the place is just very weird in level 10 thats why i thought its a secret~
