after the n-zap got nerfed, ive picked up the heavy splatling to use on tower control and rain maker, the splatershot pro for splat zones and turf wars, and maybe tri slosher for clam blitz. occasionally i would use a sniper (mainly e-liter 4k and splat charger) on all ranked modes except splat zones.

play what you like. i find players who specifically seek out the hottest stuff or whatever to be hella lame. be you , enjoy the game. dont chase the meta or you'll be doing it constantly

Trust me, the N-Zap is still one of the best weapons in the game. The nerf did almost nothing to it.
