I just moved into a new apartment where my landlord supplies internet. I have my own router set up (TP-Link WDR3600 with DD-WRT installed). Since moving in and setting everything up, I haven't been able to play Splatoon online. I get the error 118-0516. When I use online port checkers, all of the ports time out except for 23. I've tried playing online on my own WiFi and my neighbor's (with permission). Some online features are available, such as the eShop and Smash 4 online, but I can't connect when playing either Splatoon or MK8.
My PS3 outright refuses to connect to the internet because it says it has a NAT Type 3. My roommate can play League of Legends perfectly on his laptop.
Is there anyone else who's had this situation? Any tips?
