I'm a bit late. My bad.
I've been lurking here for a while but it's only recently I decided to be more active in forums including Squidboards as I've decided to branch out and meet new people.

I'm SpiralRhapsody; that name also happens to belong to my currently closed YouTube channel. I'm a Japanese L&C major and will turn 21 this coming October. In addition to Splatoon, I'm a huge sucker for Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG, other Nintendo titles, anime, and fighting games. I hope to have a lot of fun discussion here.

Thanks. I'm Pendulum trash, mostly because I'm a huge fan of the protagonist of ARC-V. I also have Speedroids on me but I'll be maining Cyber Angels once those roll around. If I had more money, I would rebuild my Madolches too.

Basically, if an archetype has a lot of rad looking women that whoop ***, I'm sold.

oh man, i can't get the hang of pendulums. watched Arc-V enough times but :p Yuuya is one of the best YGO protags imo so

i usually run Constellars! since ZEXAL (and XYZs) are my favourite and i just love their aesthetic. building decks IRL is such a pain though, haha.

Never got around to finishing ZEXAL but I very much enjoy the aesthetic of XYZ monsters as well as the Constellar cards themselves. Constellar Pleiades is sooo good, even with newer archetypes that are designed to plow through anything more than a couple years old. Like, just having that on your field FORCES me to go, "oh, great, now I have to think for like 2 minutes before I put a card down, each"

Man, maybe I'm just spoiled, because I always hear about people never finding booster packs in their stores and I'm always so shocked by that. I'm worried that, just MAYBE... some areas never EVER get yu-gi-oh cards, or any TCG for that matter.

For sure though, like ok Constellars are clearly not made to dominate any particular format, but they have access to a lot of different tools that make them pretty darn viable. At least in my eyes. For others, the only way an archetype can be good if it draws like 10 cards for no reason (i.e. Monarchs). I was shocked to see the reveal of Satellar/Stellarknights back in 2014 with Duelist Alliance because I felt Constellars were likely to get new cards. And... well, here comes an archetype that 1) spams Xyz monsters and 2) is based on star constellations. Cool, I've never seen that before.
