Neon City Squad is a newly formed team aiming to be competitive. We'll have a set team for quad league and scrims/tournaments with a secondary group focused on improvement. An S+ rank in all modes is required (with leeway of 1 S) for the main team, and an A in all ranks is the requirement for the improvement squad.
