Obtaining Maximum Run Speed: How Many Abilities Needed?

Does having main run speed for all your gear not have you hit the cap? If not, how many sub abilities of it would I need?

As far as we know, there is no run speed cap.

I say no cap because from mine and other's testing, we have always found at least a small run speed increase with an extra sub or two. And "as far as we know", because no one has gotten the max run speed abilities possible yet to test (3x run speed sub abilities on three run speed main abilities).

Effectively the run speed cap in that case amounts to 3 mains and 9 subs, so... that's something.

With Shooter-type weapons, yes. Unsure on Chargers and no on Rollers.
