Ordering Gear via Spkye

Is there any consensus yet on the probability of getting ordered gear with all the secondary abilities intact? I'm trying to get a Safari Hat with 3 Ink Saver Subs and I'm wondering how many days it will take me to get the gear with all 3 abilities roughly. I don't wanna play until I get it in case I lose said person from my plaza. Thanks.
