Hello! If you're reading this page then you are most likely interested in applying for our fairly new squad Pickup Squids! Please read below to get some basic information about us and use the link at the bottom to find the information form!

We are a high level group of players who all have tournament experience with high level squads in the past. We are looking for high S and S+ level players. Please note, this is not a hard fast rule, as if we decide to give you a tryout that will be the main determinant of your skill level. We won't simply decide based on rank alone. We are looking ideally for players age 16+ who have some past experience, but again, this is not a definite rule.
In general we play later at night due to availability but are also frequently available throughout the day, and as such we ask that you be a fairly active player as we are hoping to grow into a strong team capable of holding our own in high level tournaments.
One of the main parts of our group is that we are honest and up front with each other. There is no point in hiding anything or being afraid to step forward for any reason. Being able to speak your mind is extremely important and we want to create an environment conducive to that. As such, immature behavior that creates problems will not be tolerated as well as hate directed towards anyone. Splatoon is a game and should be enjoyed, so there is absolutely no room for negativity towards others in our squad.
Each member in the squad has an open mind and is willing to talk through issues that may occur. We're all friendly and willing to help people out.
We're all nice people so feel free to tryout out even if you aren't feeling confident! We all make a start somewhere and even if your skill level isn't high enough, taking that first step is essential to improving yourself!

We are all EST so ideally we are looking for more in the same zone, but we can definitely work around the time difference if need be.
