-The Splat Reeler resembles a youth fishing pole, with a toy guppy as its hook. (if hook is used: L-stick controls hook, R-stick controls player's run speed)
-The Splat Reeler has a good weapon for finishing the job. (press ZR to fire main weapon) Solid player/hook mobility, line casting speed. (hold ZR to cast out hook for usage, and let go of ZR to reel that hook back to the player)
-Main weapon turfs decently, & hook turfs less. (both cannot be used at the same time)
-Hook speed is set to middleweight swim speed. (hook slows down & reveals itself visually as it takes damage)
-Hook can't leave too far from its user, and the line has a moderate casting distance. (hook max travel distance from user = main weapon's max range)
-Capacity is good for the main weapon. The hook's ink consumption is also not bad, taking 10% per use. (hook detaches like a Brella canopy after its duration ends)
Light Reeler:

-The Light Reeler is modeled after an archaic harpoon/grapple gun, with an arcade machine claw as the design for the hook!
-The Light Reeler has the weakest hook out of all Reelers, with the quickest duration. However, it is one of the fastest hooks of its class, being a lightweight that can travel through the user's own ink well, and alright in enemy ink. The fire rate is the fastest in its class, but is the weakest weapon, with the least amount of range.
Heavy Reeler:

Range: Ballpoint Splatling (Long Range; 4.4 DU)

-The Heavy Reeler resembles a fishing rod, with a clothing hanger as its hook.
-This Reeler has the slowest fire rate and hook, (hook is a heavyweight) but has the highest damage output and range in its class. Hook detaches after its 1.25 second duration. This means it sports the longest duration, but is the slowest to detach.
Marionette Reeler:

-The Marionette Reeler resembles a stage prop holder, with an inkling puppet attached to it as the hook. (design of a fishing spear/staff, but in audio equipment form)
-The Marionette Reeler is a lightweight. It has higher damage than the Light Reeler, but less damage than the Splat Reeler, with range in between the two. This Reeler has the highest shot capacity of its class, and its lightweight puppet can travel for 1 second, making it the fastest hook. Despite its strengths, the Marionette outputs turf at the lowest rate for its class, and has the second slowest fire rate.
-The Marionette Reeler cannot detach its puppet. However, since the puppet itself resembles the look of an inkling/octoling, it can dip out of ink from squid form into kid form. To compare, the other Reelers can only depict their hooks in squid form. (puppet bears the likeness of its user)
